Pizza


Our favorite kind of pizza starts with Brio focaccia which is made fresh and organic in Arcata. Then I add tomato sauce (jarred kind which I add pureed sweet potatoes to), black olives, red onions, pineapple and mozzarella. For salad I went simple with leftover homemade ranch! The whole thing takes less than 20 minutes and is delicious!

  1. This sounds good. Im always looking for new ideas for dinner. So you dont eat any meat? Im not much of a meat eater myself. I have not cooked with red meat in years..basically just chicken and turkey meat.

    Another way to eat veggies is to bake them..I find that broccoli, cauliflower and zucinni do best in the oven..with a little seasoning and pine nuts for crunch. It goes well some whole wheat noodles and sauce.
